Just a casual video talking about how to interview Scrum Masters. I could write a guide for you of how to do it (or how to pass an interview), but that's not the point of this video.
I just want to give you ideas and point you in the right direction. After all, it all depends on the person you are interviewing or the one interviewing you. There is not one-size-fits-all solution here.

Hi Daria, one question I recently faced in my interview is- "How will you handle a situation when someone's Reporting Manager (who is a senior guy) wants to join Retro meetings but the team member is not comfortable in speaking anything in front of him." Can you please share your views on it?

I think that if a manager is not part of the Scrum team, they should not be attending a retrospective, especially, if we know that the team feels less comfortable sharing their thoughts. I think the first step is to talk with the maneger and understand why they want to attend: what information do they hope to get in a retrospective that they can't get anywhere else. And then find a better way to get this information that does not involve cherry-picking Scrum. In the end, as a Scrum Master, I'm there to uphold Scrum, and manager is not on the list for our retrospective - that is clear.

I challenged the question "If team says they are succesful in estimating in man-hours. What is your reaction?"

It they can plan with consistency - great. Don't fix what's not broken. A specific practice, like estimating in story points, is not an absolute must.
