That pup is very impressive for 12 weeks old. It's doing everything right at such a young age.

I had an English Setter that came straight out of the box ready. Blue. We were just walking around in the woods getting her used to the outdoors when she was just weeks old and she sniffed out a Grouse, went into full point (shaking like hell) and waited for me to say anything. "Get'm!!" real quick, she dove in and flushed out a Rooster that was so fat she bout caught'm! Yeah, sometimes you come across a one in a million. I hunted everything with her for 10 of the 15 years I had her. She lied in my lap with me telling her she was the best pup in the world and thanking her for all the years of pure joy. She always got the first taste of game, even after she was forced to retire. She had puppies with other non registered English Setters a couple of times, none of them were anything close to her instincts, but Blue was a good teacher and most turned out to be pretty good dogs. You really know the difference between hunting with a really good dog and just good hunting dogs. Blue had a great nose, knew what it was for and used it with the utmost efficiency. She wouldn't hesitate to vear off onto another fresher track. I'll cut it off here. I could talk about Blue all day long.
