Bro i dont get it how are adjusting for inflation if you are taking 7.5% inflation then 17 crores after 30 would be equivalemt to todays 2 crore roughly Becoz FV=PV(1+r)^n so (1+0.07)^30 is around 7 so our money would have decrease by 7 times.
