Could you produce a video on forming a private trust fund into which house purchases can be held for investment purposes and discuss how that may be better than forming a property investment company. I ask because you have a gift to simplify all the complexities - please
The weirdest (morbid?) investment i came across from a college friend was, the purchase of grave site plot. He says either he can use it when he passes, or if he chooses cremation upon his passing, the heirs can sell of the grave plot for a profit. Just wow!
Buy to let investments use to be very good, but this government introduced so many taxes and laws that it is not as good as it use to be if your a higher rate tax payer and did not buy the property using a ltd company.
I feel investors should be focusing on under-the-radar stocks, and considering the current rollercoaster nature of the stock market, Because 35% of my $270k portfolio comprises of plummeting stocks which were once revered and i don't know where to go here out of devastation.
This is still a window-shopping market. But there are a lot of intriguing stocks to watch from a variety of sectors. You don’t have to act on every forecast, hence i will suggest you get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on.
I agree, having a brokerage advisor for investing is genius! Amidst the financial crisis in 2008, I was really having investing nightmare prior touching base with a advisor. In a nutshell, i've accrued over $2m with the help of my advisor from an initial $350k investment.
My CFA *Gertrude Margaret Quinto* a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further. She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market.
Hello! I hope you are well. I came across your video and I thought it was brilliant and will help a lot of people. Good luck with your channel, I'm sure it will be great.
I find this helpful and educative. I wish to learn more about passive income streams, and money management especially walking towards financial freedom.
Great video I am New to the Chanel Now I have been looking lately a lot into Dividend Paying Stocks/ETFs etc but I wasn't aware of REITs and they Sound like a Pretty Good Idea !
Appreciation on property values has been inflated by ridiculous low interest rates over the last decade. I don' t see that continuing in near to mid future.
I don’t agree with the parking space, that still should have been for the tenant, they will probs get visitors who could use the space, hopefully you put the rent down in that case, as you stole there parking space and made more money from it?
Thank you so much for this video. I didn't know a couple of the things you mentioned and definitely worth looking into them. Do you have a video on how to start investing or maybe your experience of it?
Hello Kiran, thanks for another great video 😊 Just a quick question, I taken on board what you said about REIT dividend investing, I started up a Trading 212 account and started investing into Realty Income, would you say this is one of the best places to start? And should I pound cost average would you say? Thanks 🙏
Out here doing God’s work. I was wondering if you can give advice on releasing equity on a property and reinvest in another property to generate passive income
I'm a landlord and own properties in my own name and have been screwed over by the Tory Government with Section 24 which means I can't anymore offset my mortgage interest payments against my rental income. If you are going to buy a Buy to Let then you are better off putting it in a limited company where you can offset the interest payments. I don't know what the situation is if you put a buy to let in a Trust?
If you wife or husband is a lower rare tax payer then you can uterlise their tax allowance if your a 40 % plus tax payer. The issue is when putting the property in a tryst you've effectively handing over ownership to that person. You also have to declare this to tge tax authorities by filling in a tax declaration form.
Lol fyi 6% gross rental yield means with todays interest rate she is making pretty much zero free cash flow from her rental properties...so she's literally just hoping and praying capital appreciation will make her some return (a return she will only see if she chooses to sell the property) In todays market you need like a 7%+ rental yield to be able to get any sort of cash flow and there are very few markets where thats achievable and the reason they offer higher yields is bc they are hgiher risk
Hello, cryptocurrency is considered volatile because its value can change significantly and quite suddenly. If you do want to invest in crypto then you should be prepared to lose all of the money you have invested, because of this volatility. However I'm not a financial advisor, and this is just my view. I would definitely do plenty of research before investing in cryptocurrency!
Hello, you would need to open a brokerage account, and from there you can either buy a REIT that is listed on a stock exchange, or you can buy a REIT mutual fund or exchange traded fund. I hope this helps!
Thank you maybe you can do a video on that? Do you much about Ltd, LLP companies and trusts? Do you have a contact? I need help with this@@KiranKaurFinance
@@KiranKaurFinanceSP declined 65% since inception. Its a typical dividend yield trap. A better one is ADC. Always look at total return, yield CAGR, AFFO and not just yield
📌,Great video😊. I started watching your videos last year as a beginner before giving stock and crypto market a trial. I was able to make $17,300 in one month with a capital of $4,000 trading with an experience expert who guided me through out my trading.

{}That's true I know Barymoer. I met him at a conference in New York in 2021 where he introduced us to his business strategy, he helped me cover my student loans with ease and so many more to be mentioned
Earning Passive income. That is a joke. No one "earns" anything like that. They sit on their money and do nothing to "earn" anything. Yes. Passive indeed while the rest of the populace works - earns- their ass off to get food on the table. Disgusting!!
Lol what about compound interest on the buy to let property plus the hours spent on maintenance and bull crap that comes along with it? Property crashed 70% in 2008 lol it's a joke game font deal in interest of any kind avoid interest based loans
