Sir i am confuse between housekeeping and fnb department, because whenever I ask which one should I choose everyone says that fnb is the best, because after working in it for a long time you gain a lot of experience which you later on use to open up your own restaurant buisness after retirement but housekeeping would not give you this kind of liberty. Definitely f&b service have better career option for future growth and you will learn first hand in experience for opening your restaurant so I would suggest you to go for F&B

Well, you suppose to get contract letter same time after finishing first contract but in normal circumstances. It also depend on your appraisal from first contract. If everything went normal during first contract then you suppose to get 2nd definitely.
