Thanks for this video! Just starting with Medical Medium and don't want to invest in a juicer. All of the other videos and articles that I found on using a blender do not follow MMs instructions. They add in other fruits, seasonings, water, etc. Very happy to find someone demonstrate it as intended in the book.
Yes! I am so glad you found this helpful! It’s almost easier than having a juicer. I hated having to clean my old juicer and this is so easy. Good luck on your MM journey and let me know if you need anything! I’ve done the 369 Cleanse twice. First time I did the Original and second time I did the Advanced. I’m about a month away from putting my son on the cleanse as well to get him off junk food. I’ll probably post some more recipes as we dive in again!!
@@LunchwithLisa thanks, I'll look through your stuff as this is all relatively new for me. I am starting very low on the celery juice as I'm a sensitive person. Blending just a few stalks doesn't work as well in the blender; it just throws the chopped up bits to the side of the blender and then the blade can't reach them. I have to add water, which I know isn't recommended. Still, it's allowing me to see how well I do on celery juice without making a big purchase on a juicer. If I can increase my intake enough (or get my boyfriend drinking it too), the blender will probably work a lot better.
Hi , i want to make this but i heard that celery has oxilates i dont know if i said this right but may cause kidney stones and funny i saw this video and then my brother in law called me on my BD today and said to drink celery juice lol.. have a beautiful day
Yes, so many foods have oxalates. But if your gut microbiome is healthy, they take care of those oxalates for you. It’s all about gut health. Joel Greene has a lot of info about this. I don’t recommend drinking this every day or to cure anything. But it does taste good!
It usually is supposed to be drunk in the morning about 30 minutes after drinking lemon water on an empty stomach. More info can be found in Medical Medium books & website.
@@nomifoli3345I've bought paint strainer bags from home depot, cleaned it very well with hot water and vinegar. So much more affordable and you get multiple bags for the price of just one nut milk bag!
