I tried doing double unders with my 1/4 weighted rope and it is very hard. I can do them with a speed rope but can't seem to get it right with my weighted rope. Are you both using weighted ropes in this video?
I've got at most 70 double under jumps per set without catching the rope, but I believe even if I had kept going, I I would have lasted no where near two minutes. That's insane.
if you analize the two styles, mate is more pleasent bofore the eyes. when only wrists rotate and all the rest is stucked just like the left guy is a bit akward. Just see mayweather, mike tyson many other boxers, they do move forearms, only shoulders and arms stucked.
Depends on your fitness level meaning if you're hust starting out etc. Personally I like to got intense for 30 sec and rest for 10 with 14 reps and 1 min breaks 3 times.
