Sprained your ankle recently and want a bit more stability for exercise?
Try using K-Tape to help support your ankle. K-Tape is a useful tool as it provides some extra stability that might have been lost as a result of an injury. The elastic nature of the tape allows enough movement that it doesn’t hinder your performance.
