God hides from me because I’m just not good enough for Him to make Himself known to me. I don’t see the point in continuing to seek Him. Why is it that it’s my fault when God ignores me?

Hi friend, God pulls away with the intent for you to keep seeking Him. It is not your fault. It is a test of our faith. God tests our faith for many reasons that have nothing to do with us - sometimes it’s to fight warfare or prepare us for greater things ahead both good and bad. Those who persevere will grow a crop 10 times or 100 times what is sown. It might feel like it’s your fault but so many Christians - me included- are going through the same feelings of abandonment and exclusion. For many of us, this is just a part of our relationship with God. Seek answers when you feel abandoned and God will show you why you’re still waiting for Him. I’ve seen God do good things before and I know He is there. I don’t know why He waits so long sometimes but He’s good for his word.

@@CreateCompassionCC I have sought answers, but I’ve been unable to find them, and nobody seems willing to help me. Besides, the answers I’ve sought probably don’t exist

This is an incredible video and it’s just the one for me! After being baptized in the Holy Spirit, I felt the presence of God physically and when I would go to a couple of revivals I would feel the fire of God go through me from head to toe. There would be many times within the next few months that I would wake up in the middle of the night with a fire of God going through me. Although it still happens on occasion, it doesn’t happen quite as much anymore and it makes me wonder why and it has often caused me some confusion because naturally I point back to myself and I ask myself what have I done to stop it or what do I need to be doing more of to maintain this intimacy with God.? Etc I feel like He has been telling me don’t pursue feelings. Pursue me. And I mean I’ve gone through everything I’ve gone through could I possibly listen to a soundtrack that’s not honoring to God, could I not have been genuine enough in my previous prayer that day? Etc I mean I went through everything. So now I feel that what you said in this video confirms that the Lord is just telling me to relax and just pursue him and not worry about not feeling Him which to be honest is hard to do. 🥹
