Yes we use D rings on the end of the rope of course the anchor stays there 24 seven but if we have to go up again we will throw a rope over the roof climb up and hook on and throw that rope off once we’re up there we can move anywhere on the roof because we will have to add four more of these roof anchors sounds like a pain but better safe than sorry. Great video as always.... I installed a similar device on my metal roof a few years ago....saved my life....the body harness is a pain but thank God I had it.... Personally not a fan of heights and prefer to hire someone these days to do anything up there...But the hired guns get to use the safety device.... God love you my Brother...........

Now that folks looks to much like work! 👍💯♥️🇺🇸 Glad my mobile home roof isn't that bad! I remember my high school days working on roofs like that we would hammer down 2x4's to stand on. Lesson learned tho don't get on a roof like that till the shingles dry out! 😮

Nice roof lines on your home. A might windy bending those nails. Anything past a 7.5/12 you need the harness. I've been on thousands of roofs and have never seen this product. Building inspectors in California won't go on the roof.
Yes the roof is extremely steep we will end up Placing four or five of the straps on the roof so that we can go up there at any time to paint or repair thanks for your comment my friend have an awesome day guru Mike
Yes we can go up there anytime we want now we will end up putting about four of them on the roof total so if we have to do any repairs or painting we will be all set I am one of these types of people that like to do things in a permanent way if possible have a great day Leo mad mike out
