I used to work on a huge hog farm operation,I was an a.i. tech for the breeding program. Sometimes I would work in other areas. We had a pen set up in the nursery for sick pigs,easily treated that way and being the animal lover I am I'd bring them treats,they loved apples. I ended up bringing a couple home but they lived outside they loved it because they were born in a confinement operation. They loved their mud hole and sprinkler and they had heat in winter. They had big rubber balls to play with and they followed me around like dogs. People thought I was crazy when they asked about butchering, absolutely not they were my pets. One was a gray butt and the other was named oreo he was a hampshire.

The trouble is you don't give attention to your pig enough. If you play with the pig whole day, she always around you, sleep with you and do activity together she will listen what you say and not misbehave.

They need to get another one for a companion. It’s better to keep animals in pairs..

The No. 1 problem they didn't address is that pigs are HIGHLY social animals. They need AT LEAST one other pig to socialize with or else they'll be miserable

Pigs need other pigs. Way better to have at least two. They are so much happier and content with a buddy
