I use a panty liner in the bottom of my heels and sandals. Helps with sweating and slipping! Or cut in half and use at the ball of really high heels Been doing this for yeeeeears! Try it! Trust me it works!

Sorry I know that’s difficult I have the same condition under each armpit I actually had Botox oh my God it is made such a huge huge difference ! I don’t sweat as much , and I’m not so stinky in my armpits,you could also consider having it in your hands and feet if you’d like the Botox. It Well hell considerably with sweating

This video is the gift that keeps on giving. So ladies I did the Dr. Shols insole (the blue cloth one) for the ball of your feet. I tested it out yesterday and it kept my feet in place perfectly with a little powder in the back as well. I’ll keep y’all updated on how it goes for this Christmas party!!

Girl, you just saved me! I bought a gorgeous pair of pumps today and they looked perfect until I came home and realised that i slip and slide in em a bit. Hairspray worked like a charm! ❤️ A tip, you can add some doublesided tape or some antislip silicone padding in the heel area to fill that extra space open toe shoes. :)

When i plan to wear heels I usually lotion my feet first then put on a pair of fuzzy sock/slippers until im about to put on my shoes, that's and old trick mom taught me.

My shoe collection is pretty small at the moment, the major reason being I refuse to invest in shoes that either are uncomfortable or don't fit right. As I slowly build my collection I have used some of your tips to get almost perfect shoes to perfect status. Turns out a new pair that I thought was shockingly big were actually just right once I added an insert and stopped slipping too far into the toe!

The Insole is amazing and provides extra padding for the instep. Downside if the front of the shoe is more narrow the instep could feel tight or extremely snug

@@MsCollegechronicles it worked BUT I had to spray my shoes a lot and it left my shoes looking a little dirty afterwards but other than that it worked alright
