Is your “organization” a business or a ministry? I am trying to understand why this podcast is geared toward creating a value-driven culture, obsessive ownership, a cult-like culture, etc. Is it meant just to encourage business owners or is it about church leadership? I am completely serious. Since there is no mention of God, I guess this is just meant for having a successful business, right?
