For anyone wondering if it works, I’ve been stretching and pumping for about 5 months now and I’m up .5 inches length and .25 girth. I’m hoping by the end of the year that’s 1 inch and .5 girth.
@@jorrelhanley1387 after a while it does from what other people have said. You have to do it for 1-2 years consistent before it become pertinent. Then it’s recommended to move to 1-2 times a week to maintain much like normal workouts
@@drewg7441 I do now. In the beginning I’d use my hands but it got so tedious so i bought an extender and a vacuum cap. You put your head in the cap and seal it with a sleeve, extend for 20-30 minutes, then take it off and give your head some time to recover then repeat. I do that about an hour a day while studying, and I also bought a pump and pump for 15 mins in the morning and 15 mins after work. You do those in sets aswell. There’s a subreddit called r/gettingbigger I follow and it’s full of guys who give advice on this stuff and do it themselves if you want actual in depth

Try getting outside when the sun is barely rising and starting to set. In Vegas it's probably going to always suck, however, when you are out during those early and late phases of the sun, the rays are significantly easier to manage and less likely to burn skin.

@@PoppingBattlezNot 100% sure on how Lion's mane can cause negative side effects (post lion's mane syndrome), but seemingly a lot of it has to do with it's ability to inhibit srd5a1 (5 alpha reductase type 1) and increasing bdnf on top of that. Because side effects can be very brutal with PLMS. Muscle wasting, anxiety, insomnia, hallucinations, memory problems etc. Then you also have Saw Palmetto, which is another organic/natural 5 alpha reductase inhibitor, which can cause the same types of negative symptoms that something like Finasteride or Dutasteride can. Finasteride will do it through desensitizing your androgen receptors, hypermethylation SRD5a2, which again will down regulate srd5a1, and because you have less androgenic activity due to less DHT and less androgen receptr binding, your estrogen will rise and cause an imbalance between estrogenic and andeogenic activity. I'm 5 years younger than you and also float around the same body fat percentage but b a shirt also that TRT isn't so much for erection strength but you can usually tell by if you have morning wood if your testosterone is low. That said I'm willing to bet 90% of people over age 35 have low levels. Have you ever been tested? You can be the most dialed in type one type A personality and have low testosterone but sometimes the numbers aren't that big of an issue it's how you feel and I guess you feel good so more power to you. That said testosterone is by far the most unbelievable thing I've ever taken and I've tried a lot of different things. Here's the best part it gives me better mental benefits, motivation, drive to succeed. Never thought that would be the case. I can't recommend it enough.
