Is there a way to keyframe titles. If a drone is flying towards something and your title is motion tracked to said thing is there a way to make that title grow bigger the closer you get?

Yeah I can see where one can add a gloomy feel, using orange. The effect I'm thinking of would be more for a period after nukes fell. Or use green for a toxic environment perhaps?
