So if you wait and not get him injured.. he could die by cancer since once he regenerates it kinda resets his cancerous cells so it would be as if he got rid of cancer and got it again that would basically be if we never injured him then he would possibly die from his cancerous cells since he hasn’t regenerate any new cells.
