Very easy video to follow. Do you have a video to show if I start with black for 100 rows and then 40 for white which end to I turn in so that the cuff will be white.
I actually find it quite tricky to work out. My advice would be to make a practice tube and count the number of rows / measure then you will know how many layers to make of each colour and when you will need to change to make the cuff a different colour. Hope that helps its kind of hard to explain haha!
