Very detailed information. Greatly appreciate. What size circular needles should be invested in to knit adult hat and mittens?

Thank you. For knitting with magic loop you can use any long circular needle. I would recommend a 40" circular needle which can be used for any size magic loop project. If you are using primarily worsted weight yarn I would go with either a US6 (4mm), US7 (4.5mm) or US8 (5mm) size needle. The smaller needles will give a more denser finished piece and the larger more loose. Here is a link to my favorite 40" circular needle I use.
