Yo guys, in this video I'm going to show you how to throw my favourite shot for knocking people out, the left hook. I've got the vast majority of my KO's with this shot and like to think I throw it pretty well. ‪@VIDDALTHERILIST‬ is going to show you how to knock someone out using his favourite shot, the straight right (backhand - straight left for south paws).
We're going to go over how to set up the shot, when to use it, and how to get the most power into it.

Agree the cross should have been shortened and head taking off the center line. Was smothering his shot by trying to punch through the bag and fully extend
