DREAM occur when you are sleeping but 'VISION' occurs in between your wake life and when you are half asleep. You might still be sleeping but at that moment you are close to waking up. This is the moment God shows his choosen ones things he need to reveal to them through vision. This message might be concerning their situation or their family, or other people or even countries. He speaks to his prophets and those destined to work for him through vision, is always direct and consistent.
