Here's something I learned in 30 years of retail. Sometimes you need to create the urgency. I call people in februari to schedule March and April depending on weather. My repeat customers come first and that is my excuse for calling to remind them that there is a spring cleaning coming up and I am going to be busy and need to get as many reservations on the books now. Well I haven't done any work as yet I still have about 30 jobs scheduled. If they don't feel the urgency create it!
I like your approach . It does not seem desperate , in fact, it feels more like you are doing them a favour with a reminder that soon your availability will be limited ..
Pollen is also a trigger for spring. When people start getting the allergies, they know spring is coming. At least that is what a lot of my customers are saying.
How do i know its spring? Have not even started yet but have $200 in my basket waiting to get income started and make my first order. I get the wisconsin thing. Im illinois and we're a month early here.
