I have always found problems with every t-shirts manufacturer out there, when it comes on printing. This is the only reason I had searched about some fabricators, and some printing solutions and then started my own small manufacturing unit to get the t-shirts ready. I would suggest to go with 180 gsm biowashed fabric (use on your own for a few days) and get your own t-shirts ready.
