To fully tackle difficult, complex topics often requires more time than a Sunday sermon provides. Meaningful conversations around ethics, the pressing social concerns of our day, and controversial theological matters require more intensive teaching and interaction. For this reason, we are introducing our Saturday Seminars - to more fully investigate the relevant issues of our day and theological matters that are crucial to our mission as a church.
Our first Seminar will explore the more controversial gifts of the Holy Spirit. We will discuss speaking in tongues, interpretation of tongues, prophesy and healing. More than that, we hope to cast vision for a church culture that creates space for the activation and practice of these gifts for the benefit of all.
