Back to my point, I had applied for a state teaching licence in Texas while I was studying for a short course in ESL for a substitute teacher position, and besides that, I also attended a few interviews in Brooklyn for a childhood school. However, I was rejected due to not obtaining an EAD. So, now the utmost question is who is going to sponsor a visa. So, I am thinking of doing a Master’s in an educational field to get an OPT in the hope that I can extend my visa or find some other way to get work there. I'm literally worrying if I will mess up my life.

I’m glad that my simple videos can inspire you all. Visa sponsor is a separate body to process your visa and papers po, they will be the one to contact your school for verification and confirmation of employment.

@@SirRomeo Thank you for your quick response. I saw your youtube video and felt that you can help me with my goal of bringing teachers to the US. Currently, there are at least over 100k needed teachers in the US. In Arizona alone, there's an immediate need for 2,000+ teachers, from elementary to high school. We have a lot of Filipino teachers just waiting for the opportunity to come here. I want to make that dream a reality. Your experience applying in Indeed and getting 10 interviews and having 5 offers was fantastic, which only shows the demand. However, I feel if I'm going to help one teacher at a time, it would take years before the goal can be accomplished. So, what I need is information on how to help as many teachers as possible. Do you have a checklist that I can use to prepare for accomplishing this task? A list of what the teachers need to do in the Philippines, from immigration, etc? I can handle the US part, but I want to know how I can make this happen if I go back to the Philippines and recruit teachers. Thanks for your time, I'll be waiting for your response.
