Perfect prerequisite for the backside handplant. Basically the first handplant variation one should learn. Great trick tip, you got some serious handplants!
personally, I find the standard backside invert to be the easiest to execute and do well. I think layback airs just tend to feel safer. great trick to get some arm strength though, especially if you're trying to get upside down.
@@GregDoerfler thanks for responding. I can try to get a video made. I've had some success since posting, but I'm still way better at regular backside handplants (grab slob). Seems layback should be easier.
@KenMMark fs inverts are way weirder than bs ones for sure. Link me a clip when you can. Thinking speed, angle of approach, how hard or not to throw your feet up. Happy to give pointers 👍
