Just a small tip (not sure if anyone else has already mentioned this) Make sure you leave your skin damp before patting in your Hyaluronic Acid. That way you pull in moisture from the environment and into your skin (1 : 1000 ratio) otherwise you could potentially draw hydration out of your face ☺️

You look like you what you are talking about so maybe you can help me: I used to put my hyaluronic acid after my other serym from the Ordinary, and then Apply a moisterizer cream; but apparently it's better to apply HA first ?? So when should I use it ?? just after the shower ? because actually my first step is to prepare my skin with Toner and Essence. Should I put HA just after those 2 steps ??? (i'm sorry to ask you but I'am so confused and you really look like knowing more than me about HA :) )

Hi @@Juuuuuu555 ive done my own independent research but im not an expert so dont take my feedback as a fact. Ive compared the advice of various dermatologists to conclude: 1. If your goal is to keep your skin hydrated [cleanse > tone (or not just keep skin damped) > HA > moisturizer] 2. If your goal is to have your actives penetrate the skin better [cleanse > tone/essence/damped skin > serums such as actives > HA > moisturizer] the HA depending on how it's formulated, it can act as a double moisturizer that will help seal in all the properties of the actives. Typically i use step 1 in the morning because i have oily skin and ive noticed that having my skin hydrated has helped my skin produce way less oil throughout the day. I prefer to put my actives at night but i dont top them off with HA, I usually go with niacinamide. Just remember that whatever actives you are using to target a skin problem, you apply those first and if you want to apply HA after you can :) hope this helps.

Ive decided to either start wearing make up everyday, or step my skin care routine to get glowing skin. Im going with stepping up my skin care routine. It doesnt seem right to do daily make up for the health of my skin. This will require and extra 20 min a day in skincare, mostly in the evenings, but i can make the time.

I think you should wet your skin a bit before using hyaluronic acid so i doesn't crumble but mainly so it hydrates your skin because if you are using HA on dry skin, it will use the water from within your skin to hydrate which will dry up your skin in the long run
