Thank you! This is the video I needed to help me move forward with gel top coat. I also use Dip liquids and wanted that extra shine at the end. Although yours were matte, but I get it now.

I really love, your nails design! The look is so classy! I would have a question, I think I've missed something in the second coat of the plaid nail. Are you dipping again in the powder after applying the base coat over the lignes? Thank you 😊

New subscriber here. I love this set it came out beautifully. I was not a huge fan of dip powder at first but after watching your videos and another nail-tuber who's manicures mainly consist of dip powder its pretty amazing the different kinds of designs you can do. I honestly thought that because of the technique there weren't too many options but I've been proven wrong.

Yes but you'll have to have a matte finish. They won't write on a shiny surface.

Can you use ultra fine point sharpies for this and will acetone remove it if I mess up?

You can but they don't get as fine as these pens do. That and the ink tends to spider more. If I mess up I usually remove by filing off but acetone does work also

Yes! The pens come in a finer point. Alsp sharpie in tends to spider out into the lines from filing the dip in my experience. These pens just allow for more precision.
