Agile in three major concepts: Backlog, teams, and workable tested software on the lowest level and: Governance, structure, and Metrics on higher level. If these don’t exist there’s no agile transformation. Great lecture 👍🏿📌
THIS: "The problem with mal-formed teams is that, when you have teams that don't stay together and can't get to a definition of done, they stop believing that they can!"
Hey Hernán here is a link to the deck on slideshare www.slideshare.net/LeadingAgile/the-executives-stepbystep-guide-to-leading-a-largescale-agile-transformation
I can't believe how bad understanding someone with that amount of experience can have. I worked with some of the biggest companies in their industries, and scaled agile simply doesn't work. It will never work. It's not important how good velocity is, if the thing a company is building is a waste.
