I already know how to cork, dub cork, triple cork, but I saw this and decided to check how good this video is, and I must say this is one of, if not the best cork tutorial I have ever watched, great job!👍🏻👌🏻
I've been trying to land the cork since before May of 2018 and now after watching this like 7 times + comparing it to what I'm doing, I'm finally getting it. Landed my first cork today, going to try to incorporate the j step into it tomorrow and take it to the ground!! Thanks for the best step-by-step tutorial there is on youtube 🥳Gonna upload a progression video to my channel when I finally achieve this dream trick of mine on the ground
Oh my god I cannot believe this! I always wanted to learn cork and recently started to go to trampoline park. I will try this the next time, it looks so easy to learn just need to practise a lot!
I’ve been stuck on this trick for over a month now. I feel a lot more confident after this video and I’m going to try going through these steps tomorrow. I’ll give an update when I try this!
Update: This is a very good tutorial now I am able to spin 3/4 of the way without feeling uncomfortable. Hopefully if I keep drilling these steps I will get my cork soon.
Great tutorial! So clear and easy. What whas that hurricane at last seconds?! Is that double cork 1980?

This was the most well explained tutorial I've ever seen!!! and I've seen A LOT of tutorials. Thank you so much for this man, learned it in only a few minutes!
Haven’t gotten a cork down since 2014, had injuries, been really good at throwing double fulls but I just couldn’t get a btwist or cork for the life of me. This helped a lot, thank you!!
This vids like a year old now but I gotta hand it to you this tutorial is sick. Me and my friend taught each other using your vid and pointers and after going through every step we both learned it in 15 minutes. Thanks man
Thanks for this amazing video. It's great step by step. Could you make a video about double backflip tutorial on trampoline with no help? Landing on trampoline with head is scared.
hey man! i learned to do a backflip like 5 years ago but i just did the backflip cause i was so obsessed! but i found this and learned the cork! thnx bro
I think of backfull as learn, Arabian, and barani , go for an Arabian and on the frontfli bit of it, do a barani then you go a backfull, or you get an object and place it in front of you backflip and land facing it, then move it around the tramp as you twist more and more until you get full
I learned cork a couple of weeks ago from this video and today I landed my first double cork :) (Also I tried double cork for the first time yesterday)
Thank you so much for this in depth tutorial. I've wanted to be able to spin in flips for so long, but something in my brain just didn't understand it. I looked at so many tutorials telling you to "just spin hard" which didn't help me. The specific steps laid out totally trained my brain how to do it as well as my body, and once I had the basic steps I could just spin earlier and harder to get around more and more, and I finally landed it :) I hope I can use this to figure out more spinning tricks I couldn't do before like back fulls
You are a graceful god and I'd love to be trained by you. This tutorial was awesome. I have a video of me doing a full and I'd honestly like to get some tips on how i can get better. Thanks for the video.
Dude thank you so freaking much!! I really was thinking my body couldn't do a cork... But! You just learned me to do it. You are the best youtuber that does trick tutorials! Please go ahead like how you're doing right now. +1 sub
Hi Greg! I am a Gtramper and this will definitely help beginner Gtrampers! Could you please make a tutorial on how to twist faster on a Gtramp or just in General? Thanks😀
Thanks greg i have trouble with learning the cork for a long time now but i think this will really help, also this october i understood you were going to give my friend a clinic in breda netherlands wich is awesome i geuss i'll see you then 👍🏼
as more of a tricker and someone who does flips as a hobby, i learned back full this way from this tutorial last summer however I do not do a gymnast style back full becuase it looks cooler in my opinion and is most efficient to do something in between a straight back full and a cork
make sure you land with your knees and chest hitting at the same time and make sure your back is straight, also have your hands in front of you and under your chin when you hit the trampoline. Whenever you do land make sure you keep your head up and you can raise your chest a bit, usually itll only touch to about your shoulders if you do it right.
