Recently, I have thought seriously about my English I can talk to people but I feel I can improve my English, in the other words, in sentences, vocabulary and others. One thing that got in the way was laziness but now I decided once and for all to have discipline and to study a lot more and more. Our effort will be worth it in the future! Why I understand her every word, every sentence! And when I turn on my Tv and I put news chanels or other show I don't understand enything I just understand cooking shows but not enything more. But her class is really beautiful for me she is so sweet and also says everything very clear how we can do, she is nice but stric. The best method I used to speak English, I was listening to easy english almost 10 hours per day, after 1 years I find my self speaking English without to think of the words
Very nice, I'm from Brazil and I'm watching your videos to improve my English and I'm also improving my Spanish too, by the Portuguese I can understand about 95% of Spanish language, I love to learn languages it's very useful too. To like it and have fun is the most important thing to learn better fast and it helps you don't give up, I don't care about mistakes I know it's just part of the process who don't make mistake never learn.
I understand what you mean when you say you learn grammar to know how that lenguage works. When I began to study English I said to myself the same thing. I'd like to find a native speaker who would explain me how that lenguage works. I'm technologicaly based, too. I need to explain how thinks work to be able to use them. Even if I don't read books in my native lenguage, I read in English. In my openion it helps you to understand that lenguage and helps you to switch in thinking in English. It takes some time to switch in English, so you should do some constant things. It's better for me to study English for 1 hour 3 times a week than to study 10 minutes a day. That's too short a period of time to switch in that lenguage.

Hi veronika thank you for these beautiful tips. If we practice to speak English with someone who is in the same level,will we be able to improve? Or do we need to practice only with soneone who is fluent? According to my background it is very hard to find someone who is fluent. But im scared to practice with someone who is in my level also thinking that i will also make the same mistakes that he makes.

You will never learn to talk fluently only on your own without speaking practice with anyone. Learn to talk without talking it's the same as learn to swim without swimming, it's logical.

How can you know how to read when you don't even know how to spell or understand the woreds that you see it in the fist time and if you really honest that you don't speak this language and you are learning it by yourself then you must listen to this langauge for for long hours and that it takes months until you learn how to read or you will be able to understand what you are reading
I started to learn English by myself at home here in Brazil and almost 1 year of study nowadays I'm able of to understanding a lot of things like your videos.. i could understand everything you said.. this journey was awesome but now, I'm kind off down because of my routine.. and also it is complicated to practice this wonderful language.. sometimes i get upset but it makes part of the process.
