Even tho we live in a time when you can learn almost anything through your phone, its was really challenging to decide where exactly to find sources of the knowledge, how much time spend learning, and ofcourse I was struggling with my focus since then when someone asks me 'how do I change my life?' I usually say 'start learning more, it makes your brain feel good. And yeah also start to exercise - it makes your body feels good'

Amazing summary!! Thank god I came across this video. I am going to simply just implement this video. I have a very big exam coming up and its an exam i have to take after not touching a book for the past 4 years . I was very anxious and actually did forget how to study & prep and was searching online on how to do it. Now I can think I am much clear on how to do this
