Wild caught sardines (packed in water not crappy olive oil or soy bean oil), wild caught salmon, grass fed calf liver if you can get it. Hint: Sardines are an excellent source of Vitamin D. Meditate - avoid stress - best to ignore people and the 'news.'

In my experience Solfeggio Sequences during sleep and rest periods can lengthen the telomeres significantly; it is stress relieving for sure and that experience increased over time and enhanced my abilities to meditate during the day. Thanke Amber, great video. I'm due for another Epithalon cycle! I'm doing series with Ryan Smith on reversing my age, but his data suggests Epithalon doesn't extend telomeres, though great for others things as you mentioned. I'm currently in the 38th percentile for my age for telomeres, so room for improvement!
@ThePeptideDoc
@ThePeptideDoc Год назад
That's AWESOME that you are working on reversing your age with peptides and more. Khavinson's research showed it did help with telomere length, but these were high doses (10mg a day for 10 days = 100mg) given for short periods of time to produce that result. So depends on the dosing/timing/frequency that Ryan is using to test telomere length. Interesting point though, at the very least we know Epitalon can help support the re-dox (antioxidant and oxidation) balance, improve glutathione peroxidase and support pineal health with melatonin production, which is going to help with maintaining telomere length. That's a definite win!

Is there a peptide that helps regenerate muscle-- from muscle wasting type conditions? What and for skin regeneration?
@ThePeptideDoc

Hey great question! Sarcotropin is a refrigerated liquid oral form of a peptide that can help prevent muscle loss. Sermorelin, Tesamorelin and CJC/Ipamorelin also support growth hormone optimization and can help with building muscle. PEG-MGF is another one that can be used for muscle building. @ThePeptideDoc
@ThePeptideDoc Месяц назад
Telomeres are the protective caps at the ends of chromosomes, and their degradation is linked to aging and cell death. Certain compounds in Cat's Claw, such as oxindole alkaloids, have antioxidant effects, which may help reduce oxidative stress-a significant contributor to telomere shortening. There's limited direct evidence proving Cat's Claw helps with telomere preservation, but it's broader benefits in reducing inflammation and oxidative damage could indirectly support telomere integrity. For reassurance, I would say it might be best to use this herb with other options that help with preserving telomere length.
@young749Au
@young749Au 19 дней назад
Excess toxins within the body cause oxidative stress. One of the more important keys to protecting the integrity of the body, including the telomeres, is to reduce toxins. This can best be accomplished by increasing daily fasting times to intermittent fasting levels, by cleaning the GI tract and keeping it clean, and by avoiding high blood glucose levels.
@ThePeptideDoc
@ThePeptideDoc 18 дней назад
That's a great point! Reducing oxidative stress is indeed crucial for protecting telomeres and overall cellular health. Intermittent fasting can help by giving the body time to focus on repair processes, like autophagy, which helps clear out damaged cells and toxins. It's all about a holistic approach to keep our cells, and telomeres, in the best possible shape!

Amazing to hear! This pressure can also reduce cortisol levels, helping to lower stress and anxiety, leading to a more restful sleep. Pretty great, right?!

@@ThePeptideDoc Thank you for your confirmation. I had listened to a video by a treating physician and a biochemist, looking to solve the puzzle of fibromyalgia. The findings were that the patient histories showed childhood trauma, some clear and others a child's impression of trauma in a moment which wouldn't be seen as trauma externally. The biochemist found there is a switch in the brain which toggles between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. They found that trauma or perceived trauma in childhood or later causes the switch to stay stuck on fight and flight, bathing the body continually in caustic cortisol with predictable damage of a caustic to the body. I related to this because I often wondered why I could never relax. It disturbed me.I had fibromyalgia or something similar. I had tried the usual adaptogens and all had negative side effects until I heard a neurologist on You tube who prescribed weighted blankets.. The testimonials in comments shocked me in the best way. I got two, one 14 lbs and later a 12lb for at night when turning under the heavier weight was a chore. Both have the immediate effect of causing a subtle current to run upward with profound relaxation . I did not have repetitive bad dreams and woke up much less stiff. If I want to go back to sleep a bit, I pull up the blanket and I'm gone to dreamland again and awake without fog. I take it that the weight, distributed a you say, causes the stuck switch to toggle back to cortisone and peace. A miracle in my experience and no chemical side effects and perhaps less wearing of telomeres. ( I hope) As a segway, I have learned from different sources, near Death Accounts included, that we choose the time and manner of leaving before we come. Some people returning know the time of their own death and the spouse and others. It has born out to be true. So why worry about telomeres when we might have programmed them ourselves. ☄ Life is forever, no body required.

You are what you eat. Your diet impacts your health. Lower stress, reduce obesity, get enough sleep and more exercise are key to a healthy life. Obesity in children and adults is rising across the world. Fast food and sugary drinks including fruit juices are contributing to the problem of poor health and obesity. Eat a healthy plant based diet and exercise regularly. Reduce or ELIMINATE cows milk, eggs, cheese and meat. Eat more salad greens, beans, fruit and vegetables. Eliminate fast food, snacks like cookies, cakes, chips, and sugary drinks and juices. Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly. Regular exercise will help you sleep better. Yoga is a great stress reducer. Obesity is all too common today. Get off the couch. Get off the phone, ipad or video game. A variety of stretching and other exercises help with increased mobility. Ride to work, ride to school, ride for fun. Every city should be a bicycle city. Speak up for bicycles in your community

What’s the difference between epithalon and pinelon? I thought epithalon worked on the pineal gland as well
@ThePeptideDoc
@ThePeptideDoc 3 месяца назад
@@jooxumja love this question! While both peptides are connected to the pineal gland and have some overlapping effects, such as promoting overall health and potentially having anti-aging benefits, their mechanisms and targets are different. Epitalon focuses more on telomerase activity and melatonin regulation, while Pinealon is more centered on neuroprotection and cognitive enhancement. Essentially, epitalon is primarily known for its anti-aging and telomere-lengthening properties, whereas Pinealon is more focused on brain health and cognitive function.

Hey doc what do you think of epitalon does it increase telomeres or it doesn't increase telomeres?
@ThePeptideDoc
@ThePeptideDoc 7 месяцев назад
Yes I’ve seen it help with reducing inflammation markers and boost natural melatonin! Epitalon (also known as Epithalon or Epithalamin) is a synthetic peptide that has been studied primarily in Russia and is believed to have anti-aging properties. It is thought to act by stimulating the production of telomerase, an enzyme that can elongate telomeres. Telomeres are the protective caps at the ends of chromosomes that shorten with each cell division, and their length is associated with cellular aging. There is some research, mostly from Russian studies and animal models, suggesting that Epitalon may have the ability to increase the length of telomeres, potentially contributing to cell rejuvenation and lifespan extension. However, it’s important to note that the research on Epitalon, particularly in humans, is limited and not widely recognized in the broader scientific community. It needs to be studied more!
