The first thing to check should be the tire pressure then check mower deck

You can find this information for your unit under Section 20 - Operating - Leveling Mower Deck. Anyone know about leveling an older 757 with the springs on the adjustment part

Tire pressure can cause this and is a very simple thing to check first. I suggest everyone who wants a well cut lawn do this, if your mower is new or not. Very few come from the dealer set up perfect
