Changing the game mode to Custom game gives you less XP

Yeah, thats the point. You dont have to worry about pred and can learn the maps and loot. And you can play many matches quickly.

No, ai is suppossed to spawn. Its literally a normal match, but no other fireteam or pred. Ie players.
