You can but you need people to play with, you can't play by yourself unfortunately.

If you're at professional it'll take about 4-6 wins to get the super bonus, other than that it's random.

@icey XD It's in a separate place right beside the tower, you can see it by pressing x when in the square. But in splatoon 2 it's open at different times randomly.
