I followed every step in this video and it worked perfectly. A 22$ fix that saved my LG washer. Thank you so much, this is amazing :)

Thank you for the detailed reassembly instructions. I took my machine apart to find the intermittent leak issue. Sadly, it turned out to be the small hose beside the filter (which could have been removed, cleaned, replaced without disassembling the whole machine). Anyway, the disassembly instructions were great in the video I followed. Reassembly instructions were not as slowly covered as easy though. Thankful I found your video.

I replaced mine with out turning on the machine on the side or any of the other steps. This is a great video but I just took the back off and got all the clamps off out the back. When you take of the back, the end of the hose closest to you is attached to a white plastic piece. It has two screws in it. I just removed those and it gave me a little more wiggle room to work with. I am a woman so I don't know if it helped that my arms are smaller but it was not too much of a problem for me. This is my second go at working on this machine. Not a whole not to it. Save your money and fix it yourself.

Mine was a disconnected drain hose, which was missing a clamp. Great video though, helped me with disassembly.

you can replace this part without removing the front of the washer

I can do this. Could it be the other hose next to it, the drain hose? How often is the drain hose?

Hi all, I am trying to find info on where to buy the replacement tub to tube hose on my Pan50SW/pan/70sw. Can’t find any info. I’m wondering if there might be a universal hose? Thanks much for any help 😀

It's good practice to disconnect electronic connections by pulling on the plug rather than the wires.

Is there a good reason why you can't just put the washer on its side to perform this repair instead of removing the front cover? Will placing the washer on its side damage the washer?

Anthony Lozano If you tilt the machine you must put in the shipping bolts, and only tilt it to the sides never the front or back. Without the shipping bolts the tub could come off the suspension and that would cause a lot of problems.

AppliancePartsPros Thanks! Luckily I kept the shipping bolts.

It looks like you can get to all three clamps from the access panel in the back. Just remove the screws to that white plastic thing and you can then get to the top cup clamp. Once that's removed, you can then get to the clamp at the front. This 14 minute video looks like it can be reduced to just 5 minutes if you go through the back panel exclusively

Is it not possible to do it from under if the washing machine is jacked?

My understanding is that the clamp is no good. If you use a jubilee clamp instead you'll be much better off.
