How to light incense cone with the Backflow Waterfalls ceramic incense burner kit 

You need to put the cone on the hole :)

You're meant to have the hole in the cone right over the hole in the holder

even the slightest air movement anywhere near this thing will blow smoke away,like you saw here

How do u clean the waterfall holder?

My mother bought my wife and I one of these and after trying 2 different cones it never really worked. I don't know if she just got a bad one or simply bought a cheap one. Unfortunately we had to send it back and will not be trying another one as it just makes the house smell like smoke and we can't handle it.

The whole point of having these fragrance cones is for the effect and smell. BUT if you use ceiling fans or other air movers this visual effect will not happen. The air has to be calm ...no wind or breeze, so buyer beware.
