I am on a business account and did all you said and it says I cannot connect account. Even thought it’s already there from a long time ago when it worked - wish I could share a picture here - I’ve even disconnected it and reconnected

Same problem🤦🏻♀️ I messed about with this for last 2 hrs and still not working 🤯🤯 It's only accepting my fb page on 1 instagram professional account. But on other instagram account it's accepting my normal personal account.. Hold on, I think I may just realised why it's happening... The instagram account which accepts my normal personal account is set as normal insta not business insta. Ahhh maybe that's what it is! Cos insta account that accepts only fb page is business insta account! Aaah maybe that's what it is. If so I just solved it then lol 🤪

Hey man! Slightly complicated question here but I am have a IG business account, a FB profile and a FB page. As of now I get to cross post stories from my IG business account to my FB page which is what you explained in this video. But I was wondering is there anyway to cross post to both FB profile and FB page at once from my IG business account? I am still unable to connect. After I tap on Connect existing page, it routes me to chrome to log in to facebook, then after log in, it routes to the facebook app. I'm not sure what I did wrong T_T

When I try to click page on instagram and after that existing Facebook page appear. After choosing Facebook page, when I click on done it gives me errors “we are sorry something went wrong please try again”. Could you please advice me what should I do ?

You used to be able to just select and say yes on the (post to facebook tab) within Instagram using a regular account. Why are ONLY business accounts able to do this now?
