However I did make a mistake and bought 100 units of a product from alibaba and can’t use the same asin number as it has a brand on it and needed authentication from the other seller of this product (despite being the same generic not customised product - so I could see), with the UPC if I bought 1 of them and then got the UPC number can I then list this product as my own or will I still need verification? Yeah i agree. Well for beginners it's really helpful but as a newbie my main issues were reviews , PPC management and optimization i was about to give up when i found out about this tool named Panda boom , It helped me alot and i got increements in my revenues .

Fantastic video. I was a bit intimidated by the process before. I also thought I had to spend hundreds of $$ for a UPC code -- had no idea I could get one for under $10. Thanks much.
Amazon has since required sellers to use GS1 approved barcodes. Now in 2021, do not use barcodemania or other third party barcodes when listing new products! A link is provided in the description on how to buy these approved barcodes.
@@NamesIWantAreInvalid They only accept Barcodes from GS1 for some reason. I do not like this GS1 personally because it does not benefit young sellers and small businesses. GS1 is way too expensive. Only 10 codes for $250 US. That's just stupid. I think Amazon is best if you only sell non-variational products. It will be best for sellers with more than 10 products to launch some of them outside of this marketplace.

Interesting. Glad I saw this video as actually this is hidden to newbies. The prominent feature for newbies is to use the product tool and it asks you some frightening questions before you an list anything.

Hi Please try to answer my Question , thanks , I have listed my first Branded Registered Product at Amazon , however if i want to List a Second NON BRANDED product of different CLASS , how can it be done ?? MY first Barcode was the GTI expensive one ! and i tired to list my Second products using a simple CHEAP UPC barcode and Amazon Automated system said that the UPC does not match the ASIN !! i am using , i am Confused what do they mean , as i am using a Different Class non branded products which is different Class than my Registered Branded Product , can you please give me some advise , i hope you got what i mean , thank you so much ...
