How To Litter Train Baby Bunny In 2 Weeks

These are the steps we took to litter train our baby rabbit Eevee. Hope it can be of help.
1. Create a small enclosure containing litterbox, water bowl and hidey house for your bunny
2. Check enclosure every morning for pee/poops on the floor
3. If no pee or poops, expand the enclosure slightly (dont expand too big or too fast)
4. Wipe the floor with vinegar-water solution everyday (equal parts vinegar and water)
5. Let your bunny out to exercise under supervision

Tee is a 4 y.o. Netherland dwarf male bunny. He is the short haired bunny without beard
Fin is a 4 y.o Lionhead female bunny. She is the long haired bunny with beard
Eevee is a 5 months old Lionhead female bunny. She is the only white baby bunny

Excellent advice! Vinegar solution is always a very good cleaning product for urine and poop, and it is animal safe too. Citric acid also works if you can get it! I mix the crystals with warm water until it dissolves, then spray and wipe. 👍 She's so pretty, and has such a lovely personality! I can't wait to see her with Fin and Tee. 🤗🐰🐇🥰

Hallo guys, I miss news about baby Eve. Is everything fine with her? I often thought about her compagnionship with Fin and Tee. Maybe is better for all to create 2 seperate Group and adoptiert a baby boy bun for Eve; two groups with same aged bunnies?

Cute. Sweet. Baby Eevee. I’d be holding and kissing her all day. We’d never get anything done, no less litter box training. How are the plans going re getting her together with babies Tee and Fin? Still too soon?

The trick that worked for me in less than 2 days - when you wipe pee, put the tissues used in the litter box. Also put poop balls in the litter box, so they know it goes there. Works like magic!

It just took Eevee longer the second time around. her first litter training only took a day. The issue was we tried to measure her length and weight by feeding her outside the litter box... we accidentally made her unlearned the first training.

she is adorable she looks like my snowy who sadly is disabled so i will never be able to potty train her, although her brother ash is fine and im working on him, he hasnt pick a spot and goes everywhere so its taking longer, mum and dad ivy and stripe were no problem they just picked a spot so i put the tray there now i can put multiple same trays about and they will use them

hello, i just got my little lionlop bunny that’s two months old and i’m having a hard time training her. she still poops outside her litterbox and when i put the tissue with her poop on her litterbox she chews on the tissue. i just really need guidance. i can see that she’s not comfortable because she poops and pees outside her litterbox and now she’s constantly cleaning herself. please help me!

She is so adorable, what breed she belongs to? Is she a mixed lionhead dwarf and some other race, her eyes reminds me of a certain breed, very beautiful and special.

Bonjour Hay Lover Bun et merci pour ce très beau et très intéressant partage. En tout cas, Eevee est une très bonne élève et, elle a très vite réappris la propreté, c'est super 👍😃🐇 ! Il est certain que ce devait être un crève cœur pour vous que de devoir la contenir dans un si petits espace 😕 mais, cela été bénéfique pour elle et pour vous et puis, ont voit bien qu'elle vous aime 🐇💖👩 et, vous lui avait quand même laissé des moments de détente en presque totale liberté 🙂 ! c'est une excellente idée que d'avoir remplacé les alèzes par des copeaux de bois, ce sera certainement plus confortable pour elle 🙌. Eevee adore le foin et, elle est tellement adorable et belle 😃. je vous souhaite un bon weekend ainsi qu'à vos petits protégés et prenez bien soin de vous 🙏 !
