I feel the same way. I subscribe to a lot of feminine content but can never relate to the "wear lighter colors, keep your hair natural, wear lighter makeup etc." I really appreciate her recognizing the dark romantic styles as well. Morticia is a feminine icon!
For feminine workouts I enjoy listening to “girly” songs, random dancing after vacuuming, or doing workouts from female RU-vidrs who have a pink background. I make sure to light up a candle, clean and do a full home spa at least once a week.

I wear a feminine athletic outfit and jewelry while weight training and powerlifting and in between sets, I bellydance. So I stay feminine in the weight room. 😁🌺🌹🍯
