How to Live Stream your ipad to Twitch!

After being asked MANY MANY times on Twitch how I livestream procreate on my ipad to Twitch, I decided to make this quick tutorial for you guys. I hope it helps!
NOTE: I use a Windows PC, but many have reported that they have trouble getting this method to work on MAC. Sorry, I don't know how to solve mac issues.

Just a note: This still works but the company has found out about the loophole so now you can only screen mirror for 10 minute sessions for free before having to pay.

Hi this definitely helps a lot :) I did just run into a problem with the audio and video being a good minute out of sync and was wondering how you would handle the audio and if there was a way to get around this… or if it’s just a problem unique to me trying to also add a VTuber model to the stream on my not so capable MacBook😅 also love ur art btw it’s beautiful

Tried this again today with the latest version of the software and updated ipad and iphone iOS. Still works on PC just fine. Make sure you are downloading the correct software (follow the link in the description.) And do NOT click "record" in Apowersoft.

hey i know it says that you have to pay to record more than 3 min of video, but does this apply to streaming? can i only screen mirror for 3 minutes?

@@alemelicp12 Uhm, I use it for streaming and the mirroring never ended for me. I use OBS to record the window and that way you could also record forever. Just don't use the app directly. :D

Your tutorial actually helped me a lot because I’ve been wanting to do this type of thing for a while so thank you! 😊 but I do have a problem when it’s in streamlabs. at some points while it’s mirroring, it would randomly freeze the screen in streamlabs and it wouldn’t unfreeze so I would have to disconnect and reconnect the mirroring app every five minutes so it wouldn’t freeze the screen. If someone knows how to fix this please tell me lol.

Guys, PLEASE, make sure you are downloading the correct software that is LINKED in the description! www.apowersoft.com/iphone-ipad-recorder The Apowersoft MIRRORING SOFTWARE will NOT work with just a trial. You need the ipad/iphone RECORDER software. With that one you can mirror with no timelimit even with just the trial as long as you do not press record.

this literally worked a few months ago when I began streaming my artwork, I upgraded my setup and tried doing this again the same exact way and it is no longer allowing me. Its not showing up as an option for window capture and with the update apparently theres only like 10 minutes of mirroring, can you please make an updated video of what we can do to work around this. I cant believe they changed it. I am so disappointed. Please help, I would like to keep streaming my artwork!

I have only found out about this app now and I was also dissapointed with how they changed it. There doesn't seem to be any way to trick the app. Everything else has to be paid for and the mirroring is reduced to just ten minutes. what a shame. guess we gotta find another app. ://

@@GloomyFangs Honestly it is worth the price however, wish they didn't switch that in the update but I ended up buying the full version anyways because I didn't want to invest in one I wasn't sure worked. Its really easy to use and I recommend it if you can save up for it.

This tutorial made it amazingly easy to stream thank you! however I wanted to ask, does your stream produce any static feedback from streaming the Ipad? I noticed on my playback it was a lul of static in the BG, Also the screen capture doesn't fit completely into the source window unless I were to overstretch the dimensions. Any info is helpful C:

for those wondering, they did update the free version of this app to only mirror for only 10 minutes at a time. After that it'll shut itself off and you'll have to restart everything. Yay

hello! thank you for a very quick and precise tutorial! i know this is 2 years old but im hoping if you or anyone can help me. I tried Apowersoft for the first time and im happy it was working until i realised that theres a 10 minute timer for free users. I'm wondering if theres another way to bypass that or a free alternative because i only want to try streaming for my friends. thank you in advance!

I downloaded the IPad recorder, and followed all the instructions, but when it gets to screen mirroring, I either can't connect or I do connect and it doesn't show up on my laptop. What do I do?

if you have the Ipad Pro like I do, it take 10V form a power source to charge the Ipad. My computer only emits 5.2V so it wont charge my Ipad and therefore cannot connect.

When u do the “screen mirror” it takes the whole space of the computer screen, how u resize it? Like 1:38 to 1:40 Idk how to get myself outta that window to my desktop screen-

You will mirror your screen to a software in your pc, then you capture this screen in OBS. Where you will livestream this, doesn't matter ^^ Just need to be in the OBS

Hi can you please show how you stream yourself on the side of the iPad screen recording? Did you use a webcam? And what kind of computer did you use? I only have a Mac.

Can you make an updated version of what you use now? It's now called APowerMirror and it has a count down timer of 10 mins, after that you can't use it anymore, you have to purchase the VIP...

Hello, I followed your advice and installed the correct software. It worked the first time, but all of a sudden it doesn't work anymore. The transfer is no longer possible (mirroring). Everything else works. It worked for a while to stream artistically, now no longer (for now). Maybe it will be possible again sometime! Thanks for the tip. Have a nice day =).
