So cute! Excited to try this style. For a while I’ve been debating cutting my long locs into a bob but I think this might be the solution to allow me to enjoy the look and still retain my length! Thanks for sharing.

Love your hair! I have a deep side part loc bob right now but i love the style so much I’ll probably do middle next retwist lol , also oil is not a moisturizer it’s a sealant! Meaning if your locs were dry you locked in the dryness so try a bit of a watery leave in or even plain water is ok underneath the oil.

Thank you and I know. Some oils can be moisturizing oils and sealant. I always apply water or something water based in my hair before putting oil in my locs , but thank you 😊

I love this style and recently tried it. The first two nights sleeping was a nightmare. The third day it was not so tight and made it through the sleeping pains but then it began to itch like crazy!!! Has anyone experienced this? I was wondering if it was the product i used . My hair never really itches but with this twisted styled the itching was unbearable and i had to undo the twists. I wanted to leave them for a couple weeks because the style was so cute!! I need advice 🙏🏾

Yes that is true lol. It does come loose first. I just made sure I have them tied down if I am not going anywhere to prolong the retwist in the front .

I still have them in lol. It’s been about a week. I will be taking them out maybe Friday or Saturday. You can leave them however long you want.

There’s no one way of doing anything . You do it however your comfortable. I feel comfortable doing it without a comb , I use my fingers to part my locs.
