Do we have to use sunscreen always wherever we go out , I'm 20 year old girl. For me could you suggest any brand or type that will be good for me. And one more thing tell about how to gain weight with our daily routine, I haven't tried it and I want to know, as I'm near 45 kg and my height is 5'7". Sometimes I cover it with my clothes and style but in few clothes I look thin little. Thankyou.
