Thank you & everyone who’s engaged with this video. You’re helping more people realize their true potential. Really nailed it down Brett, great video 🤝
@Abrekov Abrekov Basically, you want men to stop caring about what women think of them. Anyone who has this mindset will remain single for the rest of their life.
The example of the guy in the video.... he was my role model who got me to try and change how i look. Started this year incredibly motivated. Still motivated. Hope i can end this year looking fit!
@wuxian1 I've lost quite a lot of weight and I look pretty good in a compression shirt. My jawline gains is insane and I feel happy everyday. It's going pretty well if I would say so myself.
My father spent 3 to 4 days working out a, week with his grandchildren, before he died of cancer. So yes, no matter how much you want to achieve, there are obstacles in the way. It's not all gold and green meadows...
The way Dr. K described giving up on love is basically that when you're actively seeking for someone, you might be seen as desperate and unnatural to other people, making it harder for you to find a potential partner. If you stop thinking about finding a partner, you're being seen as more of yourself, making it easier in the long run to find someone that fits to you
Andrew just hit him up, there are buddies haven’t talked to in years from high school hit them up and was like you can pick up where you left off, cool how guys can do that no matter how long it’s been 🤙🏼
@@syrianpsych0 oh shit you actually the guy? No way lmao how do you do the hair? Latino background so growing hair out just makes it big and bulky, doesn’t fall over the eyes like anime or you man, do you need to keratin it or perm but for straight hair? Cause only other option is broccoli tik tok hair 💀 😂
Work on your inner self. Be kind, generous. Have self respect. And all this will shine through. Superficiality attracts superficiality. Great if you’re into that. Horrible if you have a brain.
The trade off for Bambi calves are longer, springy tendons, which mean you jump higher and run faster. It's also West African (and hence African American) genetics. I bet you're quick.
For a lot of guys looksmaxxing is simply a matter of changing their hairstyle and or undergoing some for of advanced and on going skin treatment. In my case I require drastic surgical intervention in order to lift myself out of the sub5 category. I'll tell you that being in the sub5 category is very harsh.. I get attacked and ridiculed on a daily basis by men and women alike simply for looking the way that I do. If you are a Normy or above count your lucky stars because your life is infinitely better than us sub5ers
Hey, it makes me sad to see other young guys that think this way. I’m not a good looking guy myself, but that doesn’t have to be the end of the world if you take care of other things in your life. Take care of the big, most important things. Go to the gym consistently, work hard on your career/studies. Eat good food, sleep 8 hours and don’t go to bed so late. Try getting involved in social things - team sports, running clubs, martial arts etc. Sometimes we want to hear that we’re doomed and hopeless. It’s not true though. If you take care of those 3 important areas: career, fitness, social stuff, I guarantee you won’t feel this way anymore. And if you can manage it, try being a bit kind to yourself as well. Most men weren’t born handsome and rich, we have to work for it. Allow yourself some time to work on it. Good luck!
@@calum8399 the blackpill is a very hard truth to accept but it is necessary. In my opinion it is true that focusing on maximizing financial situation and status can help, but ultimately improvements in these areas only really improve your life in so far that they open up opportunities to improve your looks. Like earning plenty of money will allow you to afford better skin treatment or even plastic surgery.
6:00 My puberty started at around 12-13 years old and rn I'm almost 16 and still barely had any acne on my face and rn I got none, I have huge amounths of back acne tho
you might have oil skin or mixed. if that is the case you may want to get cleanser for oily skin and using mild exfoliators once a week helps too. but make sure that your skin is oily or mixed before doing anything. because your skin might be sensitive, a doctor will really help you figure out what to get and how to use and how often. good luck lad.
Stay safe guys, dont get gas lighted. It's not your fault, the game was always rigged. It wont be easy, accept yourself. Know that some things cannot change. Learn to sharpen your mind. Stay away from these charlatans, protect your wallet and try to keep improving your skills to keep your job. Reality is a monster no RU-vidr can face.
No hate bro I love your videos but k.shami had hunter eyes positive canthal tilt sloped nose with a decent maxilla so when people say he had a crazy change, it’s not really the case just improved his jawline built muscle and cleared his skin up, again no hate but if you’ve got negative canthal tilt you should get almond eye surgery 🙏🏽
Hi guys, this is great video also, i have a bad diet, i am not getting alot of sleep and i sometimes do my skin care, but i want to become a male model, but i will try my best to be getting into a healthy lifestyle, Thank you man for sharing this video
this is impossible. Self help content where the guy in the vid is NOT advertising his 30 day program and personal training course?? wtf just straight information. Unbelievable
Jawline is genetics though. I am south east asian. Went to 49kg during depression and burnout. You could see my ribs easily but the fat remained on my round face. Horrible.
Where should I look to find a suitable barber? In my city, I've only visited a few chain barbers or local salons, but they all just give out the same basic cuts. Where do I start?
You will grow the slowest and worst in the first 6months and even 2 years if you do not know what you are doing. You COULD grow that fast if you where training like Greg Doucette says - aka follow that guy.
It's worth a try. Mewing is god posture anyway, whether your jawline improves or not, just like sitting straight instead of slouching over.@@morkoblooper7991
I agree. However with the acne… I suggest especially in teens… give up dairy. It exacerbates the interior bacteria that cause the acne. Most doctors don’t know this. People aren’t meant to drink baby cow food anyway … regularly. Yes the diet too. I have’s really been concerned about any breakouts for over25 years… unless you are detoxing that dairy out. Take good care… thanks for listening 😛🪷
I think I'm too early for the summary guy so IT'S TIME TO BECOME ONE. 1:28 Hit the gym 3× a week 3:26 Realize the importance of face 6:38 Target your facial weaknesses 7:39 Mewing 9:00 Adopt another Chad style 10:19 Seek connection, develop study habit and disregard love 11:43 Inspire other men.
For the calves: try extending as far as you can into your calf workouts. Being at the bottom of a stretch under weight builds muscle. When the bar touches your chest in a bench press, when you allow your muscles to slacken at the bottom of a pull up, when you let your arm fully extend during a curl. Same is true for calves.
He's still not going to have huge calves. And that's a lot of effort for just one muscle group. Still worth trying though. Make sure to train often and intense
i see now how humans can dramatically over complicate insanely simple exercises. If you train your calves the same way you train your biceps you wouldnt be reading this comment
Brett, thus far, everything you have said has done wonders for me. I have this hair, and I haven't done enough to make sure I look good. But that ends now. Thanks so much; you are my teacher.
You guys don't even need to watch the Video you know what to do. Workout ,lose body fat, find a style that you like and hair that you like ,do Hygiene ,skin care that's it. But most important of all that is confidence that makes you attractive as well
Okay don't do all of that but have confidence see how far it'll get you

@@BitchChill pretty far. From what I've seen, confidence really is the most important thing. You can be the ugliest mf alive, but if you're confident you'll get girls
@@BitchChill No where, a fat guy with confidence vs a sculpted body with no confidence loses every time, the sculpted guy could be gay and have more women tryna turn him straight than the straight ugly fat guy who's got charisma.
Fr, these people need to understand that not everyone can turn into a model just by taking care of themselves, yes you should take care of yourself, skincare, workout, hair, brushing teeth and whatever does help, but if you dont have good genetics? Your not gonna look as good. Giving false hopes is worse imo.
@@jarlboof this. videos like this are pure copium for the most part. sure working out is good advice but no amount of haircuts or skincare regimes is going to change the way you face looks
my starting point for working out was actually really good, which surprised me. I was already a black belt in tae kwon do, and had been training for 8 years, and one of the fastest in my high school. It didn’t take long for me to gain muscle, and it’s going really well! Thank you for making these very helpful videos!
The first guy did surgery implants I belief. Definetely not proof of “genetics doesn’t matter” it does matter A LOT. But most poeple can become better looking by working on their skin, haircut and bodyfat percentage
6:04 this is untrue. I had insane acne, not cystic but tens of popped pimples on each area of the face. In certain lighting it just looked crazy. Finally said enough to home treatments, the cleanser, toner, moisturizer, etc. A dermatologist prescribed me a retinoid. Im telling yall, im 19 now and have clearer skin than when I was 16. No pimple at all. Point is- Get a retinoid!! Im on tazarotene but theyll give you tretinoin or accutane.
And it deadass took like 2 months to go from broken skin and pimples to clear but I started seeing changes much quicker than that. And mentally just knowing you’re about to have clear skin is a bless and that starts from day one. If you cant go to a dermatologist you can get Adapalene, which is a retinoid you Dont need prescription for. But I never used it so do some digging on it.
Its the second one, being young goes hand in hand. And then you see one of your favorite streamers, Adin posting up with andrew tate. And Mr. Tate only confirms your insecurities and shortcomings with woman by blaming it On Them, not You.
Brett, you are so good in sharing information and tips on how to improve our looks and develop confidence. It seems that most of the advice is aimed at younger men. Do you have or do you recommend some advice for older dudes. I firmly believe we can look exceptional at any age. I really enjoy the podcast. Best regards , Jerry
For a more mature audience check out any of the videos by Greg Berzinsky.. I think Brett has even mentioned him before .. I learned to trim my eyebrows from one of his vids long ago
The best advice for older dudes is to become rich. With that being said, nobody can look exceptional at age 40 and up. At this age, men start losing their attractiveness. They'll go from being a 6/10 to being a 5/10.
How To Be Simply Saved. 1. The bad News. We are sinners. (Romans 3:23.) We deserve to be punished in hell for our sins. 2. The Good News. Jesus Christ who is God’s Son died on the cross for all of your sins. He was buried & rose again to give you eternal life in heaven as a free gift. (1 Corinthians 15:3-4. Romans 6:23.) 3. How am I saved? Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved. (Acts 16:31.) 4. Once saved, always saved. Jesus said in John 6:47. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life. Do you believe that you are saved by grace and promised heaven because Jesus died for you? Yes/No
Looks isn’t just girls, when you get the looks you get the confidence, great self esteem which is great for your mental health. to be honest no one wants to be mentally unstable and ugly
If you have looks, your character doesn't matter. Women care more about looks than just personality or character. They say it just to seem less shallow.
you can just do some research understand ur hair type and facial structure and get a hair cut that suits you u can start experimenting with hair products until u developp ur own hair routine, and if u work out testosterone will increase and u can grow facial hair that is always a nice bonus thats what worked for me , developp ur own look and style using other pepole experiences not copy them blindly.
Even though I don’t agree with everything you say , you give the best most realistic advice for looksmaxxing. Please don’t stop talking about it , you’re improving men’s lives in the west.
Actually, a certain level of physic needs a level of constant workout, if you do 1 push-up everyday you're not gonna have gigachad's pecs If you do 100 a day either, (maybe) All I want to say is that if you want to perpetually level up you'll have to perpetually push your limits further Litteraly. That's the reason why some people, after few years training don't level up anymore, barely because they reached the level corresponding to they workout routine
To everyone in the comments asking for skincare routine or advice: I don't know his skincare routine personally, but as someone who has done an absolute UNGODLY amount of deep dicing research on determatology and antiaging ect, here's what i learned 1. By far the most important thing you can do above all else, sunscreen sunscreen sunscreen. Needs to be reapplied every 2 hours. Yes you read that right every Two hours. Even when its cloudy and raining. Must be broad spectrum, photostable. Wear sunglasses and protective clothing, and stay out of the sun during peak hours. (Usually 10am-4pm) sun damage accounts for 90% of all visible signs of aging. Treatment I'd far more difficult than prevention. 2. The most powerful antiaging ingredient you can even put on your skin is trentinoin, also known as Retin-A. No it's not just for old people, it will get rid of acne, boost collagen production in deeper layers of the skin by 80% diminish fine lines and wrinkles and improve the appearance of acne scars. It increases cell turn over Rate, and with continued use will give the skin a very noticeable healthy glow and radiance. It will require a prescription in most countries, however in the US and Canada you can order it through delivery services. It can be expensive, so as an alternative you can use retinaldahyde instead, which is available over the counter, as is far more potent than regular retinol, ess irritating and less drying to the skin. Keep in mind retioids may come with side effects in the beginning as your skin adjusts but the pros far outweigh the temporary cons. 3. If your over the age of 20 your body has started a process called glycation. Eating a diet high in sugar and carbohydrates will accelerate the aging process through the accumulation of AGEs. (Advanced glycation end products) these nasties attaych themselves to collagen and elastin in the skin, through a process called cross linking, making collagen hard and brittle, preventing it from replicating properly. This over time causes sagging skin, and wrinkles. To avoid this, cut sugar out of your diet (yes you can do it) and stick to wet methods of cooking such as steaming, boiling ect. Deep frying, baking and broiling produce AGEs through the mallard reaction (browing of foods) intermitten fasting, and exercise help eliminate AGEs. AGEs also contribute to inflammatory diseases and diseases related to aging such as but not limited to, diabetes, arthritis and several others. Take care of your yourself and watch your diet. What you put in your body shows on your skin. If you made this far through my scientific ramble, congratulations! And wear your damn sunscreen.
great video but the problem with this video is that you used syrianpsycho as a reference. He literally comes from a family with surgeons. He's most definitely had work done lol
he wasnt average and he had rhinoplasty and bi max very clearly and has JBW ofc u can improve ur looks but avg dude even gymmaxxed cant be chad, maybe a 6.5 or 7 if lucky
What makes me sick is that girls don't need to do ANYTHING of that. They just need to be girls, and the whole world will simply kneel to them. What an easy life it must be when it comes to relationship/attractiveness.
bro... there's no way you typed this. I understand your frustrations since i also feel the grind of needing to put years of effort into your body to make gains and look your best, but most girls put in WAY more effort into their looks than guys. The reason their standards are so high to us is because they put in all that effort and it's normal for them so they expect guys to do the same but most guys don't. Most guys aren't using 20 different skin care products, getting their hair done at a salon, picking their eyebrows, doing eyelashes, using make up, etc. now they don't have to build muscle like we do to be considered conventionally attractive but there's tons of other things they have to do. Like they focus on it so much that for many girls, it becomes their main obsession, think about that. They do a lot.
Everything this dude did is attainable for the average man, but what if you're screwed with really bad teeth? IE: Crooked, big, and in bad shape after years of bad choices? Do I need to just be that man who never smiles? Like George Washington? Lol. Seriously though, there's no way I can afford braces, crowns, and veneers. Honestly, I kinda feel like this guy already looked good from the jump. He wasn't fat, so he has no loose skin or stretch marks. He had normal teeth, so he doesn't need to worry about braces or veneers. And he didn't have any hair loss, so he has a full head of hair, and a juvenile hairline to work with.
A tip for bigger calves as a man who started with absolutely tiny calves is to train them every morning or night. Just 100+ reps of donkey calf raises with my girlfriend on my back helped tremendously. Git them from 15 to qlmost 18 which is the biggest they've ever been. That was all natty too. Took slightly less than a year, I genuinely wish I had documented it.
I personally tried accutane and it was the best thing i did for my skin it removed every single acne spots and cleared my skin and my friends and family couldn’t even recognize me anymore i tried 40 mg daily for 6 months and it went amazingly and i was so so so happy with the results if anyone needs any help around it feel free to ask
