Thank you Dear, nice to see you online, it's been a while! 😊 I'm so glad you like the outfits! White jeans and a qualitative white t-shirt are great additions. Definitely white color will help your capsule wardrobe! 👌
Polo shirts and matching sets are such classic choices! They always give off that effortlessly put-together look. ❤️ Thanks for sharing your favorites! The matching sets are sooo classy and chic if combined the right way 🥰❤️
I love a brown leather or suede jacket, especially in a blazer style. I’m so glad brown is available again, I didn’t see any brown clothing items on offer for twenty years! Except for cognac-brown/tan leather accessories, which I also love. Browns are such great neutrals for clothes, I missed them in the 2000s and 2010s.
I completely agree-brown leather and suede jackets are timeless and so versatile, especially in a blazer style! It’s great to see brown making a comeback in fashion. Those cognac and tan accessories really do add that perfect touch of warmth to any outfit. Thanks for sharing your love for these classics! 🥰👌❤️
Great tips, thank you. I upgrade buttons all the time, and even belt buckles, etc. I’m always tweaking something on garments to make them look better. For example, I just got a nice linen dress from Zara, but it had a cheap plastic 4-inch diameter buckle on the self-belt that didn’t seem to match the fabric. Plus, being both petite and short-waisted, it was too big to fit at my waist comfortably. So, I just removed the seam holding it with my seam ripper (an essential tool for opening new jacket pockets and vents, etc. too) and sewed on a smaller, nicer buckle. For less than five minutes at my sewing machine, the dress looks so much better. A really good pressing or steaming makes all clothes look better, “more expensive”, too.🙂
Thank you for your great tip on upgrading buttons and belt buckles-it’s amazing how such small tweaks can elevate a piece. I admire your attention to detail, especially with your alterations to fit your petite frame perfectly. And I couldn’t agree more-a good pressing or steaming can truly make any garment look more expensive. 😊 as I always say…it’s all about details ! 💡🥰❤️
Oversized blazers are on their way out and are being replaced with classic-fit ones now, but if you have one, you can add a belt to shape it at the waist. I have two, not on purpose, but because I lost weight, and I think a belt helps a lot. But, I’m petite, so oversized styles never suited me all that well.
You’re spot on about oversized blazers-they’re having a moment, but the classic-fit is timeless and always chic. Adding a belt is such a clever way to give oversized pieces more shape, especially if you’re petite. I love that you’re adapting styles to work for you! Xoxo 💋
Thank you for your feedback! My goal is to share tips that can help everyone feel confident without spending a lot. If you have any suggestions on how I can improve, please let me know!😻😉
