Gonna be honest bro you've changed my opinion on what a natural can achieve physique wise it has inspired me a lot especially the unorthodox the way you train has made me think outside the box and to mess around see what works and what doesn't work. just wanted to say thank you for that
Fantastic video. I've been using castile soap for everything for a few years now, and I've completely stopped using shampoo/conditioner as well. A homemade shea butter/coconut oil moisturizer has made my skin glow as well. It also pays to note that diet has a big affect on your complexion as well. I dealt with eczema for a long while and it never improved until I chnaged my diet
Long beard and shaggy hair definitely make you look less jacked. I used to rock a beard like yours but recently been keeping it tight. Makes my neck and shoulders look so much better. Same thing when my hair is really grown out on the sides. I'm at a bodyfat percentage where having body hair makes me look a little better, but when I lean out will definitely be shaving it off.
When it comes to some details, I prefer to ignore them because I find it steals my motivation to get big. For example I don't wear slim fit shirts and tell myself that if I want to fill out a shirt then I should get bigger and not find smaller t shirts. Plus I don't want to get unhealthily obsessed.
I can personally attest the fact of sweating improving skin quality. When I was living in Thailand, a country with very high humidity and temperatures, my skin was the healthiest it's ever been, with a nice tan and smooth. During winter in my country, my skin dries out and looks pale, and I gotta use almond or coconut oil.
Same here, always look better in summer, tan of course help but it’s because I sweat buckets. I would advice you to use almond, shea and tallow on skin as it’s the closest to human sebum and less disruptive as coconut. I use some but it’s mainly on elbow and knee when they get dry. Thanks for sharing !
I quit caffeine (coffee) and my skin cleared up all over my body in less than 1 week. also digestion improved a lot and i look younger. I was dealing with acne/eczema for many many years and i wish someone suggested me this simple fix. hope this helps someone.
Bad quality coffee can be a huge problem for eczema/psoriasis as I have had a few times some as well. The original problem is a leaky gut issue and dysfunction of SERM on the skin. Sun, quiet, sleep, massage, fasting, carrot, white mushroom etc can all help to fix it since it’s what reduce serotonine and help the gut membrane to regenerate and fix itself. Coffee, alcohol, pepper, heavy iron food, processed food are the main issues to remove
Been waiting for this one! Winter is approaching and this is the last 3 months of my bulk! Quick question: How do I maximize trap growth with rings + light dumbbells (20kg total)?
Hello Hersovyac, I've got a small question: I usually do pull-ups twice a week and chin-ups twice a week aswell (with the idea in mind that I should keep it balanced between the two), but I never feel my lats working in pull-ups, while on chin-ups I only feel them and not even much biceps... I have very good traps and rhomboids and maybe that's the reason why - they dominate in my pull-ups no matter how strict my form is. Do you think it's okay to do ONLY chin-ups with building my lats being the main goal? Thanks in advance, much love from Lebanon
Good sir I am BEGGING you to do a video on rear delts, mine are far too underdeveloped and it takes away from my side tricep, please teach us how to bring those up
Hey ! I hope you're doing well. First thank you very much for your content ! :) Gonna help me a lot for this summer. Just a quick question you mentioned filtering water, do you have brands for filtering carafes that are abodarble and efficient to recommend ?
Hey Hersovyac. I have a question that relates to your 4th point about improving your v-taper as it pertains to shoulders, which is also a sneaky programming question. Would you recommend changing the exercise order on one's program so that shoulder work (OHP and incline pressing variations) appears before direct chest work (Flat Bench, weighted push-ups, etc)? This way, we would be more performant on those lifts, allowing us to maximize development in those areas. This would be opposed to striving for a more complete development by having one day starting with chest work and another day in the week starting with shoulder work. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this
Hey man, great channel and videos! Do you have any advice on sternum pain when doing dips? When i got to +40kg of added weight I started feeling my sternum a bit, and then when i got to +50 it got so bad I couldnt do them anymore. Bench/ dumbbel presses are fine and pain free but I really miss the dips! Thanks for any advice!
Depends where in the sternum bro, i suggest pull over and dumbbell flyes to get the rib cage used to being stretched out. Deficit push up as well especially on rings
Yo man i love the vids, got a question about the hair. I feel like I have a similar hairline as you where it's kinda receding. How does the manbun feel, thinking about growing the hair out.
Interesting topic! Do you think you look big in clothes? I feel amazing shirtless but in clothes i feel like a normal person, even if i wear a tight t-shirt, I think the issue is due to my spaguetti arms
Hi, love the videos. I have a little question i want to ask, what was your starting strength and how was your strength progression? I started at 21 years old 178cms. I had very weak starting numbers in every lift except for arms. For example i could barely bench 45kilos at 78 bw, it has been almost 2 years and i am benching 65 kilos at 74bw. Really feels like i am doing something wrong and i should be much stronger by now so I just wanted to hear about your starting point and progression. Thank you!
Such an intelligent, well thought out approach to looking more attractive. Its not just about getting massive everywhere. There is so much more - skin, body hair , etc all contribute to a healthy youthful appearance. This is why i refuse to watch enhanced youtubers - they are just complete idiots who have circumvented and brute forced their body's own chemistry, so they never actually learnt how their body truly functioned. Natural bodybuilding all the way. Side question for Hersovayc : Why have you chose your particular hairstyle. You have already acknowledged that you have a larger forehead. Aren't you accentuating this by pulling your hair back. I style my hair into a crop cut coming forward, to hide the recession and forehead. Thoughts ?
Thank you so much I appreciate the support and sharing your POV. I like the natural way as well for these reasons and so much more. I was always dumbfounded to see guys in competition I went who weren’t tested with absolute killer physiques but skin totally cracked and trashed, huge acne and and pimples in the back that looked like they could burst any moment.
What do you think is the best way to bias specific muscle groups as a beginner? Because I lack muscle mass, but I also know which muscles I want most developed (although I know plans can change). Basically, how do you recommend to program biases on muscles as a beginner with a relatively untrained body? (I want to bias upper back, abs, forearms, biceps)
Train them with a higher frequency. For example, if you’re doing a pull push legs, work upper back on both pull and leg days(if the leg day is followed by a rest). Overall just have more frequency in the areas you want to train, but make sure this frequency is consists of quality sets and not junk volume.
I can give you a long list of isolation exercises specifically designed for stimulating the forearm muscles but the the main two I would recommend would be a thumbless grip ez bar reverse curl and a barbell goose neck wrist curl(the style Arnold did) on the bench. Covers every part of the forearms
@@Hersovyac it’s a shitty shower than runs on electric, you just click and button to turn it on and off, but I live in a student house for uni😅 so i’m stuck with it
Try castille soap or a very oily marseille soap, check for the olive oil percentage, it needs to be around 70-75% no less, the one I use and recommend in my Amazon shop lists is 72 and I have no problems and a pretty sensitive skin. Hope this helps take care
Alright, so since shoulders are super important (obviously) what kind of volume would you say is recommended. I want to prioritize them and grow them bigger, so in this case what would you do? For reference, I am not that strong, I can do single arm overhead press with 20kg dumbbell for 6 reps.
@@Hersovyac I might be wrong, but these numbers sound like general dexa scan/AtleanX percentages, that is too say they are a bit underestimated, by cca 3%. I don't think a natural bodybuilder can get to 6% without PEDs. I Think your example of 6% is closer to 8% and your 8-12% is actually 10-15%. MMA fighters, for instance, are not below 10%, despite being very lean.
That was a good comment until the « I think ». Facts and empirism showed us many natty lifters going sub 6% across decades and at different areas of the globe. You might be right about my BW estimation but I do believe than when every 3 out of 4 muscles show striations and deep separation, that is sub 7%. Glutes striations and heavy volume reduction of overall body proportions are a dead give away. As for MMA lifters, you forgot to take in account that they don’t often lean out a lot, and count on dehydration prior to weight in. However when you look at guys like Connor in feather or GSP in welter, you see both extra low BF and dehydration and they look exactly like natty body the day before the show. Not to be brash, but 6% BF natty exists and I saw it
@@Hersovyac Since I am just a random commenter, I suggest you ask Natural Hypertrophy or GVS or some other Noble Natty, who has made videos regarding this topic in the past. All I am saying is that you are off by cca 2-3% when estimsting bodyfat. 6% bodyfat would be striations in the glutes, the entire body would look like leather penis skin and the person would clinically be near-death, 0 energy, 0 libido and insane muscle mass loss for a natural.
@@DaLordIsBack1 it seems you haven’t read David. I have had several times striated glutes and a flat physique. I talk and agree with NH on many things, especially on these questions, but success leaves clue. Not only for me but a lot of others who even did a Dexa to prove it.
Not really, it depends of the overall flow. Ultra big traps can yes, but from what I saw in a decade of bodybuilding it’s more about big traps small shoulder that the problem arise.
How to look wider like illusion startegies to look wider? and How to actually be wider like which muscles to emphasize for width Also does having a small waist make a huge difference in looking wider or just a little bit Thank you
Winter fur makes me sweat and be too hot as summer approaches. Time to remove it to show winter gainz and oogabooga with females and show how big and strong I am to others bears
