The biggest mistake that most women make is to stuff their faces with far too much junk and semi-junk food and drink. Leading to them becoming overweight or obese. This is great news for any woman that gets into nutrition - and thereby has a more attractive body than most women (in the USA, UK etc). The 2nd biggest mistake is too much UV exposure to the skin. Sunlight and tanning beds are the biggest factor in how old one's skin looks for one's age. Cover up. Use a good sunblock, and use it properly. Never use tanning beds. Don't sunbathe. And then we get onto the inner you. Does the inner beauty shine through?
