Put 1 1/2 cup of water into pot Add: 1 cinnamon stick 1 Detox super green tea (open tea bag contents into the water) Remove juice from two limes, then cut (washed) limes into small pieces and add to water Grate a piece of ginger into the water Boil Strain Add the lime juice and the cinnamon sticks Drink 1 cup in the morning and 1 cup at night Drink a cup in the morning and at night

Chef I want you to know that the pain remedy with the olive oiland lime peel is great. It has a light hint of lime, nice smell. Chef it is helping me with my arthritis pain in my knee and it's two days now that I've been using it.

Okay sorry to hear that but did you do some research on the product what are using to see if you’re allergic to anything. Course all of these things are just natural stuff to use so probably you’re allergic to something Just like when you’re at home and you’re cooking with the chicken yeah use garlic and peppers ginger and lemon so make sure you’re not allergic to anything so please check very careful 🙏🏿
