Many people want to lose fat and build muscle, a feat that has been regarded as a myth by many fitness experts, but this is no myth. In fact a lot of people have already achieved this, the problem is they have no idea how.
The lose fat and gain muscle process is referred to as body recomposition or "re-comping" or "morphing" which is the recomposition of mass principal. When you recomp, you're basically optimizing your body hormonally, which creates optimal health. The ways to reach this state are:
-Training for Hormonal Health
-Hormonal Health Nutrition
-Lifestyle
Out of these 3, the training aspect is the most important when it comes to morphing. When training to lose fat and gain muscle you should focus training on optimizing androgen and androgen receptor density. When you do this you maximize the hormonal response in your body, while also optimizing the receptivity of those hormonal responses.

its not hard, proper micronurient intake + proper macronutrient intake + small caloric deficit + positive nitrogen balance = fat loss and muscle gain if you have a good workout routine. Deadlifts, squats, bench presses, chin ups(all variants), bent over rows, and so on. Compounds are best.

Dips are so damn fun too. I just finished a shoulders/tricep day and now making some eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, butter lunch. And taking some carnitine l-tartrate of course. I love the video, one of the best you have ever done imo.

very interesting! this is why people that play the same sport or discipline for several years have the same or similar composition? thanks to you im doing calisthenic training once or twice a week (In no gym days), and a few muscle ups almost every day. Its fun and helps a lot!

I plan to reach a certain size, then just maintain the build. But so far, I'm finding the day after my workout, I am increased in size and more filled out slightly. It wasn't always that effective the first month, but now reaching the second I'm doing more things way more effectively. Holding on to your seed and getting 7-8 hours of sleep is a huge boost. But I also take about 4 supplements daily and drink like 5 cups of coffee, eat clean and do everything I know to be the most effective with my workouts. I have seen some slight gains and plan to see more. Keep up the vids.

Fantastic channel and content! What are your thoughts on gymnastic rings? Do they increase androgen receptivity? The micro-oscillations involved in any movement on rings are quite unique and different than straight bar work. Would it be superior to do weighted dips, pushups, and chins all on gymnastic rings rather than calisthenic bars? There's some instability, but after a few weeks you can get to 80-100% of the bar...thanks for your thoughts

Walter Burnette I advice you to only drink water during fasting. Creatine should be taken with high carbs, moderate protein meal

Creatine should be taken with carbs however you can also take it without carbs but it'llbe less beneficial and won't affect u that much

Yes. I forget the exact term but it's basically delayed puberty. It's why some people think they've reached their full height, and then when they are like 22 years old, they grow an inch.

@Very Good My brother grew about an inch to reach 5"11 around the age of 24. Some bones like the ones involved with height, are "capped" once they are exposed to a certain amount of testosterone. Then you can't grow after that. Some bones (flat bones) don't become fixed until your 70's. The skull & jaw are this type and can grow under the influence of Testosterone, DHT, & HGH for basically your whole life. They can also be shrunk by the effect of Estrogen.

@Very Good The shoulders are similar to height. Maybe some growth but it depends on your genes. Just start lifting and muscle mass on the shoulders will make a big difference.

Interesting vid- but must admit it has confused me now about training technique- one half of the world seems to be talking TUT (Time Under Tension)- I.e. slow controlled actions. CW here is talking about explosive gravity based stuff. Now both make sense- but they are contradictory whilst aiming at the same objectives! Any advice anyone? Kindest.

Hey chris i have another question would apprecitate it if you answered thx , ive been doing keto for a month and been doing low carb for a while ( with out doing it on purpose) and my question is do you really need carbs to optimise testosterone ? isn't fat more importante ? because in the study that you show at anabolicmen the study was low carb high protein and high protein low carb isn't there a study where there is high carb vs high fat ?

Could you please clarify if DHT really plays a role in muscle protein synthesis? Every information I see points at testosterone involved in that, while DHT plays a role in other tissues.

He has said in other videos all the nutritional info is for both men and women. However these specific excercises would be more for men. The same principle will apply tho. In my opinion women that dance ballet have the best physique feminie strong n healthy. Plenty of those channels.
